Hi, I'm Elizabeth. I lead complex, cross-functional projects in healthcare technology — coordinating teams, aligning stakeholders, and turning ambiguous goals into clear plans that ship. I hold a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction (a STEM degree) and have over seven years of experience across healthcare and enterprise organizations.

Most recently, I took over a stalled, company-wide training initiative and drove it to launch readiness for more than 1,000 employees — coordinating five subject-matter experts along with HR and marketing across three organizations, and rebuilding the project plan after a mid-project leadership change.

My foundation is in product and UX research, and it shapes how I lead: I make decisions grounded in evidence and in the real needs of the people a project serves. I've spent much of my career in healthcare — work I find genuinely meaningful — and I care deeply about accessibility and about making complex information clear and usable for the people who depend on it.

I hold high standards, I follow through, and I like owning a project end to end. I'm focused on project and program management roles where I can do exactly that — especially in healthcare.
